For your BigCommerce integration to work, you need to acquire one thing - Access Token. It can be found by following these steps:
Log in to your BigCommerce Account.
Go to Settings (in the left navigation column).
On the Settings page, scroll down to the API section and click on the API accounts.
On the API accounts page, click on the Create API account button on the top right (the one with the + icon).
Add all the permissions you need, give your API account a name, and click the Save button.
Copy the Access Token that will appear and insert it into the Access Token field on the integration page in your Deskree project.

Please, select all the scopes to be included in your token as partial access will result in limited integration functioning
