Overview

Each integration on Deskree is a separate microservice that includes all REST APIs of the selected integration already secured with the provided API keys or other authentication mechanisms.

In addition to the convenience of having a secured back-end with the selected integration, you can protect each integration endpoint by using Permission.

In detail, every endpoint within the integration's collection can be configured to be accessible only by users with specific permissions and roles. Deskree offers four types of permissions for this purpose: Public, Private, Admin, and Roles, which can be configured on the Middleware page. This setup ensures a fine-grained access control, enhancing both security and functionality."
