The platform is compliant with CAN-SPAM and allows to track email opens, bounces, spam, and unsubscribes with no coding knowledge required. Reporting is done via custom analytics based on the timeframe, email category, ISP, geography, and device type.

SendGrid provides 24/7 customer support via email, live chat, or over the phone to answer customers' questions and resolve potential issues.


Main points to consider regarding env vars

SendGrid has one type of variable we need to set up your integration - the API Key. To access it, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your SendGrid account.

  2. Navigate to Settings (on the left side menu) and to the API Keys.

  3. Click Create API Key. Choose the Full Access option (recommended) or Restricted Access and click Create button.

  4. Copy the Key and insert it into the corresponding field on SendGrid's integration page.

Important:

  • Please, select the Full Access option as Restricted Access will result in limited integration functioning
